防霉剂药效测试方法初探

Study on the test method for fungicide efficacy

目的为防霉剂的药效评价寻找一种准确、可靠的检测方法。方法采用沙氏琼脂培养基,在相对湿度约92%的干燥器内,对3种剂量的防霉剂(96%对二氯苯)进行防霉效果的观察,根据培养基表面积的霉变比率对其防霉效果做出评价。结果用药量在0、25、50、100 g/m3时,培养基的霉变率达到90%的时间(d)分别为3、7、14 d和大于14 d。结论此检测方法操作简便、规范,结果准确,易于判别,能够比较客观地反映出检测样品的剂效关系。

Objective To establish a strict method for testing and evaluating the fungicide efficacy. Methods Sabourand media was employed for fungicubation. Anti-fungus effect was tested under 92% relative humidity with dif- ferent dosages of fungicide, and evaluated the moldy rate of the medium. Results With the fungicide dosages of 0, 25, 50 and 100 g/m3, the time when the moldy rates of the media achieved 90% and above were 3, 7, 14 and over 14 days respectively. Conclusion The test method established in present paper was strict, easy to operate, the findings was clear for judgment with objectivity in reflection of the dosage-effect relationship of the fungicide detected.
