Bioassay methods of efficacy tests for mite repellents in laboratory

目的对农业部推荐的驱螨试验方法进行研究,比较不同条件下的差异,为选择适宜的试验条件提供帮助。方法农药检(生测)函[2003]45号灭螨、驱螨试验方法和评价标准。结果对于不同材料改进测试方法,同时采用4 cm的平皿和平皿间不粘连的方法试验能顺利进行。结论改进法适用于驱螨效果实验室测试。

Objective To study mite repellent test methods recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture to com- pare the difference under different conditions, then select the appropriate experimental conditions. Methods Pesti- cide test letter [ 2003 ] 45 Mite repellent test method and the evaluation criteria. Results Testing methods had been improved for different materials. Taking 4cm and no adhesion between the dishes could be carried out the experiment smoothly. Conclusion Improvement method for laboratory testing could be introduced to evaluate mite repellent.
