摘要
目的 开发一种新型灭蟑烟剂,用于国境口岸快速杀虫。方法 参照国家标准及相关文献的报道。结果 灭蟑烟剂的常温贮存,对德国小蠊的KT50 8.09~8.32min,48h死亡率为100%;(54±1)℃贮存1~4周,对德国小蠊的KT50为7.39~9.45min,48h死亡率为100%;模拟现场对德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和淡色库蚊2h全部击倒,48h死亡率为100%;安全性能检测合格;大鼠的急性吸入毒性LC50大于5000mg/m^3,属微毒类农药,家兔眼刺激试验为无刺激。结论 灭蟑烟剂设计合理,性能稳定,符合烟雾剂技术指标和实际应用要求。
Objective To develop the killing cockroach aerosol production which would be used in Chinese frontier Port. Methods Chinese standard methods(GB/T) and some other recognized literatures. Results With normal temperatures, the KT50 of killing cockroach aerosol production for Blattella germanica was 8.09 - 8.32 min, the 48h death rate 100% ;at (54 ± 1 ) ℃ during 1 -4week, KT50 was 7. 39 -9. 45 min, the 48 h death rate was also 100% ; at our simulation site, all Blattella germanica, Periplaneta americana and Culex pipiens pallens were knocked down within 2 h, which were all killed within 48 h. For the rat acute inhalation toxicity rest, the LC50 exceeded 5 000 mg/ m^3. For the rabbit eye test, it proved to have no irritation. Other safe function items were all eligible. Conclusion The design of killing cockroach aerosol production was reasonable, its performance was stable. It measured up to the relative guidelines and practical applications.
