2004～2006年江苏省家蝇的抗药性调查及防治对策

Resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides and control measures in Jiangsu province from 2004 to 2006

目的了解江苏省家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法用点滴法测定家蝇的抗药性。结果江苏省如皋、泰州地区家蝇对敌敌畏和仪征、如皋、启东地区对溴氰菊酯都已经产生了最高抗;仪征、扬中、张家港、启东地区家蝇对敌敌畏,如皋、启东地区家蝇对氯菊酯和仪征、如皋地区家蝇对氯氰菊酯则为高抗;仪征、扬中、张家港地区家蝇对氯菊酯和扬中、张家港、启东地区家蝇对氯氰菊酯为中抗,泰州地区家蝇对氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯均为敏感。结论应根据抗药性调查结果科学合理使用杀虫剂,积极提倡综合防治。

Objective To study resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides in Jiangsu province and provide bas- ic information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods Topical application for housefly. Results Musca domestica had developed the highest resistance to DDVP in Rugao and Taizhou. It also had developed the highest resistance to dehamethrin in Yizheng , Ragao and Qidong. It had developed high resistance to DDVP in Yizheng, Yangzhong, Zhangjiagang and Qidong. And it had developed high resistance to permethrin in Rugao and Qidong. In Yizheng and Rugao it also had developed high resistance to eypermethrin. It had developed middle resistance to permethrin in Yizheng, Yangzhong and Zhangjiagang. And it had developed middle resistance to cypermethrin in Yang- zhong, Zbangjiagang and Qidong. In Taizhou, it hadnt developed resistance to permethrin and cypermetrin. Conclusion It was essential to use insecticides reasonably based on the results of resistance investigation and call for integrated pest management.
