摘要
目的为了延缓和克服抗性的发生和发展,更好地选用卫生杀虫剂,控制卫生害虫,测定抗溴氰菊酯家蝇对常用杀虫剂混用的敏感性。方法采用点滴法,以Finncy几率分析软件计算LD50。结果家蝇对溴氰菊酯+辛硫磷,溴氰菊酯+DDT,溴氰菊酯+PB+二氧威,二氯+马拉硫磷,二氯+巴沙+胺菊酯,二氯+PB+DDT,氯氰+丙体六六六,氯氰+残杀威,氯氰+PB+敌百虫,苄呋菊酯+辛硫磷+DDVP,苄呋菊酯+残杀威和苄呋菊酯+PB+丙体六六的抗性系数分别为4.167 9、6.813 7、3.276 8、11.217 0、9.375 0、16.1430、9.788 8、7.847 6、4.100 2、3.180 0、4.001 0、6.964 9。结论当家蝇对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后,拟除虫菊酯与有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类进行混用能取得较好的防治效果。
Objective To determine the susceptibility to several common used insecticide mixture of delta- methrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens, to delay and overcome the occurrence and development of resistance, utilize the insecticides used on public health selectively and control insects. Methods Topical application method was used and finncy probability analyses software was used for LD50 calculation. Results The resistance of Musca domestica to dehamethrin + phoixm, dehamethrin + DDT, dehamethrin + PB + dioxacarb, permethrin + malathion, permethrin + BMPC + tetramethrin, permethrin + PB + DDT, cypermethrin + BHC, cypermethrin + propoxur, cypermethrin + PB + tri- chlorphon, resmethrin + phoxim + DDVP, resmethrin + propoxur and resmethrin + PB + BHC were respectively 4. 167 9,6. 813 7,3. 276 8,11. 217 0,9. 375 0,16. 143 0,9. 788 8,7. 847 6,4. 100 2,3. 180 0,4. 001 0,6. 964 9. Conclusion If Musca domestica had resistance to dehamethrin, mixture use of synthetical pyrethroids with organo- phosphate or carbamate insecticides may provide better control efficacy.
