摘要
学校事故的频繁发生,给学生家庭、学校和社会带来了诸多问题,文章分析了学校事故的应有定义,对常见学校事故种类进行了归纳和说明,并提出了学校责任认定应当坚持的几个原则。
The increasing school accidents cause various problems for the families schools and society. This article analyzes the defini- tion of school accident. The variety of school accidents are summarized and explained. Some rules which should be complied with during the responsibility eonizance are suggested for the schools.
