摘要
目的探索半环槽外固定器建立山羊胫骨段缺损模型。方法山羊9只分3组,制备胫骨中下段20%的骨膜和骨缺损,半环槽外固定器外固定,术后第5、10、15周分别处死1组动物。用放射学、组织学方法评价骨缺损修复情况。结果术后山羊胫骨段缺损处固定稳定,5、10、15周骨缺损处未见骨修复,15周时见骨断端硬化,放射学和组织学检查未见骨形成。结论应用半环槽外固定器建立组织工程用大段骨缺损动物模型效果较好,山羊胫骨20%的骨膜和骨缺损不能自行修复。
Objective To construct goat tibial diaphyseal defect model by using half-ring sulcated external fixator. Methods Nine goats were divided into three groups. The 20 percent single tibial diaphyseal defect of every goat was made and fixed with half-ring sulcated external fixator. Animals in each group were killed respectively at 5^th, 10^th, 15^th week postoperatively. Bone formation was evaluated by X-ray and histology. Results The fixity was stable in goat tibial diaphyseal defect. No bone repair was found at the 5^th, 10^th, 15^th week postoperatively and sclerization at the broken ends of the fractured bone was observed at the 15^th week postoperatively but no bone formation was found. Conclusion Half-ring sulcated external fixator is a fair apparatus in constructing long bone defect model for tissue engineering repairing study and 20 percent goat tibial diaphyseal defect cannot be repaired by itself.
