摘要
某型号卫星上设计了热控百叶窗机构以调节内部和外部的热交换。在目前不具备外层空间实验条件下,建立了热控百叶窗机构动力学和控制模型,实现了包括控制系统在内的复杂机械系统虚拟样机协同仿真。主要功能包括仿真过程动态观察、模型实时修改以及仿真结果快速处理。为下一步研制出既满足卫星的热控制需要又尺寸合理、适于安装的物理样机提供了依据。
The thermal control shutter mechanism was designed to adjust temperature exchange in the inner and outer of XX Secondary Satellite. The dynamics and control model of shutter mechanism have been built since the outer space experiment is not available at present, and the virtual prototyping collaborative simulation of complex mechanical system with control system is realized. The main functions include the simulation process shown dynamically, the model modified real-time and the results processed quickly. The simulation provides a reference for further developing of the physical prototype with accurate temperature control, reasonable dimension and suitable installation.
