摘要
分别用八种不同的碳源和氮源对四种不同来源的羊肚菌进行培养,以菌丝干重、胞内多糖和多糖得率为筛选指标,选择出适合四种羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源和氮源。结果表明:适合北京羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源是蔗糖,最佳氮源是豆粕粉;适合武汉羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源是可溶性淀粉,最佳氮源是蛋白胨;适合山东羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源是白糖,最佳氮源是鱼粉;适合淮阴羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源是可溶性淀粉,最佳氮源是豆粕粉。
Different carbon and nitrogen sources of the liquid cultural of Morchella esculent L. from four different places were studied. The selection target were the dry weight of mycelium, inopolysaccharide（IPS） and the percent of IPS. The results showed that the suitable carbon sources for Morchella esculent L. from Beijing, Wuhan, Shandong, Huaiyin were sucrose, starch, white sugar and starch; the suitable nitrogen source forMorchella esculent L. from Beijing, Wuhan, Shandong, Huaiyin were lobster sauce, peptone, fish sauce, lobster sauce.
