摘要 在一台气相色谱仪上实现了同一升温程序条件、两根毛细管柱分别进行有机氯和拟除虫菊酯以及有机磷分离、电子捕获检测器和火焰光度检测器分别测定的过程。对所建立方法的精密度、标准加入回收率和定量检出下限等分析性能进行了考察。结果表明,所建立的方法能满足茶叶中农药残留分析的要求,充分利用了分析设备的硬件,提高了多组分农药残留测定的速度。 A method for multi-residues detection of organochlorine, pyrethroid, and organophosphorus pesticide residues has been developed, in which a capillary gas cheomatography system with dual-injector, dual-column, single temperature-programmed oven, and dual-detector was used to separate and assay the residues in Chinese tea samples. The analytical performance of this method shows preferential merits, such as precision, high standard spiked recovery and limits of determination.
