摘要 对使用ISO15304:2002(E)反式脂肪酸测定方法提出两点补充:一是对原方法响应因子的计算式,引入响应因子实测值、进一步延伸计算,更为实用;二是对原方法以反式脂肪酸甲酯含量为结果的报告方式,增补了转化为以反式脂肪含量为结果报告方式的换算方法,以符合新营养标签中反式脂肪项目的定义。 For determination of trans fatty acids of ISO15304:2002(E) there are two complements to be suggested. One is that the original equation of response factor is recomposed by adding an actual reference factor in the laboratory, while the other is that mass percents of all trans fatty acid methyl esters have to be transformed to the mass percents of trans triglycerides expressed as trans fat for new nutrition labeling purpose.
