摘要
将提取的潲水油经过回收和精炼以后,用电导率快速测定潲水油。将油样用溶剂溶解,加入重蒸水经混合搅拌分层后,对水相进行测定,实验结果表明:潲水油量和加水量对电导率有很大的影响,而溶剂量和搅拌时间对电导率影响不大。在取油量同等条件下,食用油的电导率在7.47μs/cm,最小只有3.58μs/cm,而潲水油的电导率最高在18.55μs/cm,最低也达12.23μs/cm。因此可用电导率作为检测潲水油的一种方法。
The hogwash fat was extracted through reclamation and refining. This article studied on electroconductivity assay to detect the presence of hogwash fat. Let oil sample dissolve in the solvent. Water was added through agitation for demixion to mensurate the water phase. By experiment the hogwash fat quantity and water quantity showed prodigious impact on electroconductivity. But solvent quantity and agitating time have little impact on electroconductivity. On taking the same oil quantity, edible oil dectroconductivity is below 7.47 μs/cm, while the minimum is 3.58 μs/cm. The maximum is 18.55 μ s/cm, while the minimum is 12.23 μ s/cm. So can be used as a method to detect hogwash fat.
