准噶尔铁线莲有效成分的初步研究

摘要 本实验采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对准噶尔铁线莲的化学成分进行了定性研究。水提取物中检出蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、生物碱、有机酸等,醇提取物中检出酚类、有机酸、挥发油、黄酮类和生物碱等,酸水液中检出生物碱,石油醚提取物主要检出挥发油、甾体、油脂、皂甙、内酯及香豆素等亲脂性成分。 In this research, chemical constituents from the Clematis songarica Bge were obtained were obtained with the method of water extraction, ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction. Protein, amino acid, carbohydrate, alkaloid and organic acid were determined in the water extracts. Phenol, organic acid, volatile oil, flavonoid and alkaloid were determined in the ethanol extracts. Alkaloid was in the acid extracts. Petroleum ether extracts were mainly used for the determination of the volatile oil, steroid, oil, lactone and coumarin.
