摘要
虫草素(cordycepin)是虫草重要的活性成分,具有显著的药理作用。本文主要就近年来北冬虫夏草中虫草素的提取纯化以及相关测定方法的研究作一概述,以期为实现其规模纯化打下基础。
Cordycepin is of a kind of important active components with important physiological and pharmacological activities. The latest research progress on extraction and determination methods of cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris has been summarized to lay basis for large scale purification.
