摘要 设置沥青加铺层是旧水泥混凝土路面补强改建最常用的有效措施之一.本文通过理论分析,探讨了旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的板缝弯沉差与接缝处剪应力的实用计算方法.根据路面破坏现象,提出了以板底弯拉应力、板缝弯沉差及接缝处沥青层剪应力的旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层结构设计指标,给出了设置半刚性补强层的旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的设计方法和设置级配碎石裂缝缓解层沥青加铺层的结构形式.并给出了适用条件、设计参数的确定与厚度的计算方法. Asphalt oveday is one of the effective methods, which can rebuild the used cement concrete pavement. The calculating method was given based on theory analysis. The design standard was presented using the following parameters based on the damage phenomenon: the flexural-tensile stress, the difference of cement concrete pavement joint and the shear stress of asphalt pavement on joint. Meanwhile two pavement structure types were presented, which were treated with subbase layer in order to consolidate the pavement and were graded with crushed stone layer in order to delay the reflective crack. Finally, the using qualification, design parameters and calculating method were given.
