摘要
运用废水样品"归一化"处理理念,基本解决了废水TOC测定中悬浮物、共存离子(硫酸根、硝酸根、磷酸根、氯离子、硫离子等)、高含量无机碳(IC)、高碱高盐等因素的干扰,实现了废水TOC的正常测定.运用测定区间"限定化"理念研究了全省造纸、酿酒、印染、农药、制药、淀粉、味精、橡胶、化工、焦化、电厂等主要行业废水,以及污水处理厂废水和地表水、饮用水等水体TOC与CODCr相关关系.在"归一化"和"限定化"条件下,TOC与CODCr具有良好的相关关系,由此提出了"内插TOC系数法"这一新的COD测定方法.
The interference in TOC determination of wastewater was basically solved by use of the conception of normalization method in sample treatment, such as suspended solids, coexistence ions (sulfate, nitrate, phosphate, chloride, sulfur, etc. ), high levels of inorganic carbon (IC), high alkali and high-salt. The determination of TOC in wastewater is normalized. Also the correlation between TOC and CODCr in water in Shandong Province was studied. For example, the wastewater of paper making, breweries, dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, starch, MSG, rubber, chemicals, coke, power plant, sewage treatment plant and surface water, and drinking water. It proves that TOC has a very good correlation with CODCr under the condition of normalization and restricted determination zone. It also founds a new method of COD detemaination by interpolation of the TOC coefficient method.
