摘要
云浮硫铁矿应用国产TT系列特种陶瓷过滤机进行了硫精矿脱水试验及工业生产,结果表明:陶瓷过滤机与传统外滤机相比,过滤性能优越,节能效果显著,滤饼水份下降1.28%,水电消耗分别节约44.76%、55.77%。
Yunfu Pyrite Mine applied TT series special ceramic filter to carry out dewatering tests and industrial production of sulfur concentrate. The results showed that compared with traditional filter, the ceramic filter had superior filtering performance, and significant energy saving effect, and the water content of filtered cake decreased 1.28%, the consumption of water and electricity saved 44.76 % and 55.77 % separately.
