摘要
钠基蒙脱石具有比钙基蒙脱石更优越的物化性能,因此对钙基蒙脱石进行人工钠化改型,改善蒙脱石的水化性能,是提高其应用价值的有效途径。本文确定了具有不同层电荷特征的Mont-1和Mont-2钠化工艺中最关键的两个参数——碳酸钠用量和矿浆质量分数,同时对制备的人工钠化蒙脱石的结构和性能进行了测试,对性能差异的机理进行了分析。
Na-bentonite has better properties than Ca- bentonite. Therefore, sodium activation of Ca-bentonite is an effective ways of improving properties and applying values of Ca-bentonite. In this paper, the two key parameters, sodium carbonate dosage and slurry concentration, were studied, and the structure and the properties of Na-montmorillonite were tested at the same time. The mechanism of the difference of the performance of the two montmorillonite were also analyzed.
