基于Marc的蜂窝纸芯静压特性研究

摘要 利用有限元分析软件Msc.marc2005对蜂窝纸芯的静态压缩特性进行计算模拟,得到受载时蜂窝纸芯的应力应变分布图,并画出应力沿路径分布曲线图。结果表明,采用thin shell139等单元做出的蜂窝纸芯应力应变图比较符合蜂窝纸芯的实际变形模式;通过对单个蜂窝纸芯和多个蜂窝纸芯的计算模拟,单元和约束之间如何协调才能满足分析要求,需要进一步研究。 The mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard is studied. The advanced nonlinear finite element anlysis software - Msc. marc2005 is used to simulate the compression of paper honeycomb core , the equivalent yon mises stress map and strain map of paper honeycomb core subjected to loading are obtained, the distributed curve map of stress along the path are drawed. Results show that the equivalent yon mises stress map and strain map of paper honeycomb core caculated by thin shell 139 and other elements are in agreement with the results from the real deformed model of paper honeycomb core. By the simulation of paper honeycomb core, how to coordinate the element and the restriction to satisfy the requirement of the analysis is still a problem . The results provide a useful reference value.
