摘要
真实、全面地反映系统运作信息的评价指标体系是保证预警效果的关键。从"人—机—环境信息—管理"出发,结合地铁施工安全管理实际,建立地铁施工灾害预警指标体系,并选取多层次模糊综合评价法对基坑开挖阶段预警指标进行评估分析。
The key to insure the effect of early-warning is based on the evaluation index system, which can reflect the information on system operation factually and comprehensively. From the aspect of "human-machine-environment information-management", combined with the practice of safety management in subway construction, this paper establishes an index system of disaster early-warning for subway construction, and uses multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate and analyze the early-warning indexes which are used in the stage of foundation pit excavation.
