加氢裂化冷却器失效后果的模糊综合评判方法

摘要 加氢裂化装置中的反应器出料调节冷却器,由于介质石脑油中含有H2S、NH3等腐蚀性介质,造成冷却器腐蚀进而影响整套装置的长周期运行。文章根据冷却器运行管理和定期检验的具体情况,考虑了3个影响其失效后果严重性的主要因素,确定各个因素的等级,并运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各因素的权重,采用二级模糊综合评判的方法,计算出冷却器的失效等级。 The reactor effluent trim cooler of hydrocracking apparatus. The causticity mediums such as the hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the naphtha have an effect on the corrosion of the cooler and the long term service of apparatus. According to the status of service and inspection, three main factors of influencing the severity of failure consequence are considered. The failure grades of these factors are proposed. And the weights of every factor are obtained by AHP ( the analytic hierarchy process) method. The failure consequence is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. The failure grade for the cooler is Ⅳ and the consequence is quite severe. The safety management should be enhanced for avoiding accidents.
