健康社区建设中的非平衡现状及对策探讨——基于江苏省常熟市33个社区的调查分析

Present Situation of and Measures for Imbalances of Constructing Healthy Communities:Based on a Survey of 33 communities in Changshu of Jiangsu

健康社区的总体要求社区环境、服务、人群、社会等各个环节、各子系统之间相互协调,平衡发展。常熟市在健康社区建设方面存在着以下非平衡现象:建设主体方面,政府推动力比较强,社区居民参与较弱;健康环境方面,"硬环境"建设比较好,"软环境"建设有待加强。健康服务方面,存在着社区预防与社区治疗、体育健身设施与健身服务等方面存在脱节。通过加强社区居民参与和"软环境"建设、强化社区服务等措施,促进健康社区的协调发展。

The general requirements for healthy communities are to maintain the coordinated and balanced development of healthy environment, health services, healthy residents and healthy society. However, there exist three imbalances in constructing healthy colnmunities in Changshu City. First, compared with the strong promotion of the government, fewer residents are involved in. Second, ＂hard wares＂ are better than ＂soft wares＂ in terms of healthy environment. Third, there exist the imbalances between community prevention and treatment, fitness facilities and health services. This paper suggests some measures to promote the coordinated development of healthy communities.
