中国亚健康研究的现状与分析

Current development and analysis of the research on sub-health in China

目的:描述中国亚健康状态研究现状,分析研究进展情况和存在问题,展望研究发展趋势。方法:从症状学、存在率与发生率、病因学、诊断学、自然史及干预措施等6个方面对国内亚健康状态研究的文献进行综述和分析。结果:症状学、存在率的研究已有较丰富的资料,主要存在问题是:自然史与发生率的研究尚处于空白阶段;病因学研究比较薄弱;测量工具有待规范;诊断及疗效判定标准尚未统一;缺乏干预措施的研究。结论:亚健康研究是当前医学科研的热点,前述许多存在问题的原因是研究方法的局限性(目前仅有横断面研究和病例对照研究),前瞻性研究是该领域进一步发展的重要趋势。

AIM： To describe the current development of the research on sub-health in China, analyze the existed problems and prospect the developing tendency. METHODS： A retrospective analysis of literatures on sub-health was performed in terms of semeiology, prevalence and incidence rate, etiology, diagnostics, natural history and intervention study. RESULTS： There were affluent investigations about semeiology and prevalence of sub-health study, while the research in 5 aspects was still weak which included natural history and incidence rate, etiology, measuring tool, diagnosis and the curative effect determination standard and the intervention measures. CONCLUSION： The research of sub-health has been a hot spot in current medical scientific research. Many problems are caused by the local of research methods （only cross section study and case control study have been performed）. Perspective study will be an important tendency in the domain of sub-health in the future.
