原因不明月经过少患者子宫内膜雌激素受体α表达的研究 被引量：3

ERα gene expression in unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea

摘要 目的探讨雌激素受体α(estrogen receptor,ERα)在原因不明月经过少和月经量正常患者子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。方法选取试验组(原因不明月经过少患者)40例,对照组(月经量正常的其他妇科疾病患者)40例。取2组子宫内膜组织,通过逆转录-多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR),进行计算机图像分析,半定量研究ERα mRNA的表达。运用Western blot半定量研究ERα的蛋白表达。结果原因不明月经过少患者与月经量正常的其他妇科疾病患者的子宫内膜相比,ERα mRNA和蛋白质表达均降低(P<0.05)。结论ERα在原因不明月经过少患者子宫内膜中的表达低于月经量正常患者的子宫内膜,且可能与月经量多少有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of the human estrogen receptor α subtype （ERα） in the endometrium of unknown aetiological hypomenorrhea and normal menstrual volume. Methods The endometrial samples of 40 patients with unknown aetiological hypomenorrhea specimens and 40 with normal menstrual volume were collected. RT-PCR and computer densitometry were used to investigate the semi-quantitative expression of the ERα subtype at mRNA level. Western blotting was employed to investigate the protein expression of ERα subtype. Results The mRNA and protein expressions of ERα were decreased in unknown aetiological hypomenorrhea compared with normal menstrual volume endometrium （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of ERα is decreases in unknown aetiological hypomenorrhea endometrium, which may be related to the menstrual volume.
