以生产实习为契机,培养具有综合素质的公共卫生专业人才

Cultivate Public Health Professionals with Comprehensive Quality at the Moment of Internship

目的分析、探讨如何利用公共卫生学院生产实习的时机,培养具有综合素质的公共卫生专业人才.方法使用案例分析法.结果抓好生产实习中的以下环节:制定实习计划、学生培训、现场调研、资料整理分析及论文撰写几个环节,有利于培养学生信息获取与交流能力、发现与分析问题的能力、项目执行、实施与评估的能力、公共卫生基础技能以及经费预算与管理的能力.结论利用好生产实习培养具有综合素质的公卫人才,可以从内容上弥补理论学习的不足,并有利于巩固学生专业思想,值得借鉴和推广.

Objective To analyze and explore effective measure of the cultivation of public health professionals with comprehensive quality at the moment of internship. Method Case study was applied. Results The following phases of internship were emphasized： making planning, training students, field investigation, data analysis and thesis writing, which is beneficial to students＇ capacity such as information acquiring, communicating, identifying and resolving problem, program implementing and evaluating, elementary skill for public health, making budget and management. Conclusion Internship is an important phase for public health students＇ all - round development. It can make up theory study in content and enhance awareness of public health and is worth paying more attention and using for reference.
