“邓小平理论和‘三个代表’重要思想概论”教学与研究的回顾和总结

摘要 "邓小平理论和‘三个代表’重要思想概论"这门课程进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑(简称"三进")的探索分为两个阶段.第一阶段主要是正确理解和把握邓小平理论与"三进"的关系.以邓小平理论"进教材"为基础,抓住"进课堂"这一关键,"进学生头脑"是"三进"的最终目标,并积极申报学院一类重点课程.第二阶段的教学与研究活动开展要"有声有色"."有声"包括学生和教师之声;"有色"指课件的制作和运用及带学生参观教学实践基地.经验和体会:认真学习领会文件精神;积极投入教学实践;参加德育处组织的每项活动;注重培养青年教师;加强科研,不断提高科研质量;积极参加外出学习、调研;加强对兼职教师的培养.取得成就的主要原因:学院党政领导重视"两课"建设;注重加强教师队伍的建设;"两课"教师的奉献与实干精神. The research process of how to put the course of the Outline of Deng Xiao - ping Theory and the Important Thoughts of "Three Representatives" into textbooks, into classrooms as well as into students' mind ( "Three Into" for short) consists of two stages. The first stage focuses mainly on how to correctly understand and master the relationship of Deng Xiao - ping theory and "Three Into". We considered putting the Deng Xiao- ping theory "into textbooks" as basis, putting it "into classrooms" as key factor, and putting it "into students' mind" as ultimate goal. Moreover, we took initiative in applying it for school level key course. The second stage of teaching and research is also "vivid and dramatic". "Vivid" includes the voice of both students and teachers, while "dramatic" means the designing and application of courseware and fieldtrips. We concluded that we should study and interpret the spirit of central government' s documents earnestly, get involved into the teaching and practicing actively, participate in activities held by the Department of Moral Education, attach more importance to the training of junior teachers, put more emphasis on research and improve the quality of research, participate in off - campus study and research, and finally emphasize the training of part - time teachers. Factors that gave cause for achievement included: emphasis put on the establishment of "Two Courses" by Party and administrative leadership, importance attached to teacher training, and devotion and efforts by teachers of "Two Courses".
