It is particular to train a talented person of higher clinical medicine quality. The development in specialization of internal medicine is rapid. The teaching program and project always fall behind on clinic practice, so we are wrong to consider that the internal medicine teaching hinder its specialization in development. This article mainly analyzes the influencing factors of specialization development of the clinical teachers on the internal medicine teaching. Internal medicine teaching plays a positive role in the specialization development of the clinical teachers and should be strengthened.
