Otolaryngology is an important branch of medicine, which has undergone great development in recent years. In order to further improve the general level of Otolaryngological Department, we must strengthen the culture of young instructors＇ comprehensive qualities. This article discussed how to quickly and completely cultivate and improve the comprehensive qualities of young instructors for the Otolaryngological Department from several aspects including the professional ethics, medical knowledge and skills, teaching, research, mentality, and human culture.
