Developing circular economy to relieve national security risks

线形经济和粗放的经济增长方式过分地依赖于外部资源,一旦国际形势发生变化,将严重威胁到国家经济安全。为了化解安全风险,运用市场的方法存在着局限性;通过减量化、资源化、再利用,发展循环经济,可以有效化解由此而引起的国家安全风险。

Linear economy and extensive economic growth mode excessively depend on the exterior resources. Once the international situation changes, it will seriously threaten the national economic security. To relieve security risks, there is limitation in depending on the market mechanism. So the effective way to relieve national security risks is to develop circular economy through the three principles： reducing, reusing and recycling.
