摘要
国外研究表明,证券分析师行业的发展有助于提高资本市场的有效性,同时证券分析师的利益相关行为和情绪性行为也会对资本市场产生重要影响。我国证券分析师行业在迅速发展的同时也暴露出分析师在专业能力、职业道德以及市场监管等方面的问题。基于此,还对分析师行业的未来发展进行了思考和展望。
Foreign research shows that development of financial analysts will help to improve the efficiency of capital market and the interests-related behavior and emotional behavior of financial analysts can add great effects to the capital market. The profession of financial analysts in China has been developing rapidly and there also exists some problems especially in the professional capability, profession ethics and market supervision. Based on those, the author proposes some thoughts and looks forward to the future of financial analysts.
