摘要
马占相思采用3种容器和9种配方基质育苗试验,结果表明:3种容器育苗对苗高、地径、根鲜重和根瘤数存在显著影响,其中以塑料薄膜育苗袋育苗生长最快,舒根型软育苗器次之,舒根型硬质塑料育苗筒最慢,但根系发达,结根瘤最多;9种配方基质中以70%黄芯土+28%火烧土+2%过磷酸钙的苗木生长最好,结瘤量也多,根瘤数略次于含40%锯木糠+58%黄芯土+2%过磷酸钙基质的,苗木生长量总趋势是含火烧土基质>含泥炭土基质>含锯木糠基质。
The performances of Acacia mangium seedlings in 3 types of container and 9 kinds of medium were tested. The results show that there are significant difference between 3 containers on the growth of height, diameter at seedling base, weight of fresh roots and numbers of root nodule. Plastic bag is the best container for seedlings growing, soft plastic tube is the second. Hard plastic tube is the worst container for seedlings growing , but it is the best one for root development and nodule formation. Though saw dust (40%) + deep soil (58%) + phosphorus (2%) is the most suitable for nodule formation, the medium, deep soil (70%) + burning earth (28%) + phosphorus (2%), is the best for seedling raising which is the most suitable for growing and good for nodule formation. The order of seedling growth in different medium is as follows: containing burning earth > containing marly soil > containing saw dust.
