Relieving the university debt crisis on the teachers＇ psychological impact must need to explore multi-channel financing mechanism of the university construction to abate university＇s debt pressure, and implement scientific management, fully utilize various channels to shorten the psychological distance between administrators and teachers, teachers and students.
