摘要
根据当前高校教师劳动的自身特点,按照发展性评价的指导思想,注重教师专业水平的提高,使用主成分分析法对高校教师课堂教学质量进行综合评价,探索一套高校课堂教学质量评价的有效方法。该方法在实际应用中有一定的科学性和可行性。
According to the own characteristic of college teacher's work currently and the guidelines of expansibility appraise, aiming to improve the teacher's professional level, the article uses the Principal Components Analysis to appraise comprehensively the college teacher's classroom teaching quality, and explore a set of effective method for the quality evaluation of the classroom instruction. The method has certain scientific character and feasibility in practical application.
