成人矫治时前牙区拔牙间隙的临时性修复方法

Provisional prosthesis of diastem of anterior teeth extraction of adult orthodontic

目的:探讨一种成人矫治时伴有前牙缺失的临时修复方法。方法:选用大小合适的预成复合树脂牙片制作临时义齿,以结扎丝将托槽固定在牙面上,用复合树脂恢复牙齿外形后,用结扎丝将其固定在矫正弓丝上。结果:22例前牙区拔牙的成人矫治使用此修复体,在拔牙后对美观和发音有很大改善,基本不影响他们参加各种社交活动。结论:该方法对成人正畸时前牙区拔牙间隙的临时性修复不失为一种有效而可行的方法。

Objective To explore how to regain artistic of diastem of anterior teeth extraction of adult orthodontic. Methods Choose a suitable prepared compound resin dentium as provisional prosthesis, fixed bracket on the surface of the dentium with ligature wire, regain appearance with compound resin,then fixed prosthesis in the arch with ligature wire. Results 22 cases of anterior teeth extraction used this provisional prosthesis,feel more improve in artistic and articulation,few influence in attend public activities. Conclusion This way is effective and feasible in regain artistic of diastem of anterior teeth extraction of adult orthodontic.
