外伤后眼球内陷的治疗进展

Therapeutic progress of post-traumatic enophthalmos
摘要
外伤后眼球内陷（post—traumatic enophthalmos）系由眼眶爆裂性骨折或颧骨骨折造成的眶内容物体积与骨性眶腔容积比例失调所致，临床表现为眼球向后方凹陷，常合并复视、眼球运动障碍、眶下感觉神经损伤等，致面部畸形并影响患者视物功能。外伤后眼球内陷的发病机制复杂、合并症多及手术并发症风险高等为其治疗带来了很大困难，已成为整形外科医师和眼科医师共同面临的难题。
