摘要
通过对小型异步电动机设计中单层、双层与单双层绕组进行比较,论述了电机采用单双层绕组设计后,可有效提高电机效率、降低能耗、提高起动性能、降低温升并可节约铜线,是一项切实可行的有效设计措施。
comparing single-layer, double lay ings, it is proved that the single- and double-layer er, and single- and double-layer windwindings is effectual method for design of small-sized induction motor. This method can improve efficiency and starting performance, reduce temperature rise and energy loss, and save copper wire effectively.
