基因芯片技术在心脏外科的应用 被引量:1

摘要 基因芯片技术以高通量、高效率、大规模的独特优势,为心血管外科的各类疾病的研究提供了强有力的系统研究手段。本文着重阐述了基因芯片技术在先天性心脏病研究慢性心衰、心肌保护及心脏移植排斥反应四方面的应用。
