职业生涯规划与发展,要做好两方面问题。一是进入职场的准备,要制订职业规划,选定择业方法,掌握面试的基本程序。二是建立合理的职业期待,挖掘自身的潜能,做有准备的人生,有意识地培养和提升自己的能力,顺应环境,抓住机遇,在职场中求得发展,实现自己的人生价值。

Two things should be done to plan and develop the career. First is the preparation for the entry into job market. One should make the career planning,select the method for job- hunting,hold the primary procedures of j job interview. Second is building up a desired career expectations, fulfilling the potential and make a ready life. One should take a conscious cultivation and improvement of its ability,adapt quickly to new environment,seize the opportunities, make development in the job market so as to fulfill one＇s life value.
