摘要
介绍ERP系统的概念及相关知识,阐述企业成功实施ERP系统带来的直接效益,探讨企业在ERP实施过程中失败的原因,总结出存在的风险,并指出防范的方法与对策。
This paper introduces the definition of ERP and relative knowledge and expatiates the direct profit from enterprises which succeed in applying ERP. It also discusses some failed reasons of enterprises, summarizes the risks and points out some methods and measures of risk defending.
