退火条件对纳米ZnO电致发红-橙光的影响

摘要 以ODA与F-127为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有介孔结构的ZnO前驱体,将其600℃煅烧后在富氧条件下退火10h制得ZnO纳米晶。对产物进行TEM、SEM、XRD等分析,所得ZnO前驱体平均粒径为10nm,ZnO纳米晶平均粒径为60nm,并具有六方纤锌矿结构,电致发光测试结果表明:经富氧条件退火后的样品分别以波长为740与590nm的红-橙光辐射为主,并且研究了退火气氛(缺氧与富氧)、煅烧温度、退火时间及激发电压等因素对其发光性能的影响。 ZnO nanoparticles have been successfully prepared by calcining the mesoporous precursors, which were prepared by a sol-gel method using ODA and F-127 as template reagents, respectively. The samples were characterized by using TEM, SEM, and XRD techniques. The diameter of the ZnO precursor was about 10nm, and that increased to 60nm after annealing. The electroluminescence spectras of the ZnO nanoparticles annealed in air showed stronge red and orange emission, respectively. Furthermore, the dependence of the optical properties on the annealing temperatures and time and the excitated voltage were also investigated.
