摘要
通过McCullough法制备出区域规整的HT3-十二烷基噻吩均聚物(HTP3DDT)及3-十二烷基噻吩-恶二唑嵌段共聚物(HT P3DDT-OXD)。利用NMR、GPC等方法对其结构进行了分析表征,均聚物和共聚物的紫外吸收和荧光发射最大波长分别为:387、326、435和463nm,分别发射出明亮的青光和青绿光。同时采用循环伏安法对其电化学性能进行了测定,发现3-十二烷基噻吩-恶二唑嵌段共聚物在正、负区域分别出现了氧化还原峰对,且负区域的一对氧化还原峰出现在较负的方向,具有较高的电子亲和势(-3.17eV),有利于电子从阴极的注入。结果表明:区域规整的3-十二烷基噻吩-恶二唑二元嵌段共聚物实现了集空穴、电子双向传输为一体的高性能的聚合物光电功能材料的性能要求。
Regioregular HT poly(3-dodecylthiophene) and 3-dodecylthiopheneoco-l,3,4-oxadiazole copolymer was synthesized by McCuUough method and characterized by NMR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The optical properties were investigated using UV-vis spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL).The UV-vis maxima absorption was at 387 and 326nm in CHCl3 solution. The PL emission maxima was at 435 and 463nm in CHCl3 solution and transmitted bright cyan and turquoise color.The electrochemical property was investigated using cyclic voltammetry measurements. In the cathodic and anodic scans 3-dodecylthiophene-co-1,3,4-oxadiazole copolymer show reversible n-and p-doping processes. In the cathodic scan, the reduction potential is quite low correspond to OXD units. The electron affinity(Ea) value is at 3.17eV is comparable with those of the typical electron-transporting/hole-blocking material. The facts imply that this regioregular 3-dodecylthiophene-co-l,3,4-oxadiazole copolymer might be promising polymer for high performance OLED materials with hole-electron recombination.
