摘要
以柠檬酸作为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了绿色荧光材料YVO4:Er,采用XRD、荧光光谱仪、SEM对产物的相组成、发光性能和颗粒形貌进行了分析和观测。结果表明,实验所得产物为单一的四方锆型YVO4:Er晶体;产物能够被200-320nm的紫外光激发,发出明亮的绿色荧光,前驱体在900℃焙烧、保温2h时,产物的发光性能最佳。
Green fluorescent material YVO4:Er was synthesized by citrate-gel (CG) method. Through X-ray diffraction (XRD), fluorescence spectra and SEM, the author made a analysis of the structure, crystal size,luminescence properties and morphology of YVO4:Er. the results show that the products are pure tetragonal YVO4:Er, Crystal size is about 20nm; YVO4:Er can be excited by 200-320nm ultraviolet radiation,and emits bright green fluorescence. When the precursor was annealed at 900℃ and holding 2h,the product shows the best Luminescent performance.
