SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+的光谱性能的研究

摘要 采用高温固相反应法制备了一种新的用于白光LED的红色荧光粉SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+,XRD表明其属于正交晶系,空间群Pmnb;在SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+的体系中掺入〈12%(原子分数)的Eu^3+不会引起相的转变。光谱测试表明,荧光粉的激发峰位于397nm,能与近紫外LED相匹配,其发射峰位于612,592和586nm;在SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+的体系中Eu^3+的猝灭浓度约为10%(原子分数),其临界传递距离(Rc)约为1.2nm,测得样品的衰减曲线,并得到其荧光寿命τ约为3ms。 A novel red emitting phosphor SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+ for white LED was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. The X-ray diffraction patterns of sample indicated that the structure of SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+ belongs to orthorhombic system, space group Pmnb. The spectra results showed that the phosphor can be efficiently excited by 397nm and exhibited red emission at 612, 592 and 586nm. The effects of the Eu^3+ concentration in SrCaSiO4:Eu^3+ were investigated in detail. The results presented that the quenching concentration (Xc) of Eu^3+ in SrCaSiO4 was about 10mol%, and the critical transfer distance (Rc) was about 1.2nm. The lifetime decay curves of the 592nm emission in SrCaSiO4:0.01Eu^3+ was measured and the lifetime was about 3ms.
