以苯并菲为基元的盘状液晶载流子传输材料的合成与性能研究

摘要 采用邻苯二酚、溴代正戊烷和乙酰氯为原料合成了以苯并菲为基元的盘状液晶化合物2,6,10-三乙酯基-3,7,11-三戊氧基苯并菲,化合物的结构采用核磁手段^1HNMR进行鉴定:采用偏光显微镜POM和DSC手段对该种化合物的相行为进行了研究;采用时间飞程谱(Time-of-flight)对该种材料的载流子迁移率进行了测试,发现载流子迁移率可达到10^-4cm^2·V^-1·s^-1数量级。 A triphenylene-based discotic liquid crystal compound 2, 6, 10-tricarbetboxy-3, 7, 11-tripentyloxytriphenylene was synthesized using 1-bromopentane catechol and acetyl chloride raw materials. The structure of the compound was determined by ^1HNMR spectrum. The phase behaviors of 2, 6, 10-tricarbetboxy-3, 7, 11-tripentyloxytriphenylene were determined by DSC and POM methods. The carder transport mobility was measured using time-of-flight method and the result showed that the carder transport mobility was is 10^-4cm^2·V^-1·s^-1.
