摘要
以明胶为粘结剂,采用延流法对制备的电子墨水微胶囊进行涂膜处理,讨论了影响膜性能好坏的因素及涂布处理前后微胶囊密封性;在光学显微镜下观察了电子墨水微胶囊内显色粒子在电场作用下移动特性;最后将涂布好的带有电子墨水微胶囊的极板与刻有西北工业大学校徽的显示极板相联,对两极板施加电场后,可实现静态图像显示。
The gelatin-gum acacia based electronic ink microcapsules prepared were supported on ITO glasses substrate. The influences that affected the film characters and the sealing of microcapsules before and after being coated were discussed; the movement of the pigment particles in the microencapsulated electronic ink was also measured. At last, the electrode on which the microcapsules supported were combined with another one etched with school badge of Northwest Polytechnical University. When an electric field was applied, static pattern can be displaved.
