摘要
制备了不同掺量SrCO3的WO3-CeO2系列低压压敏陶瓷.研究结果表明:随着SrCO3掺量的增加,WO3,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,样品的压敏电压明显增大,非线性系数α先增大后减小.在SrCO3掺量为0.5%(摩尔分数)时,样品表现出较好的压敏性能,其压敏电压可低至9.1V/mm,非线性系数高至3.3.探讨了Sr元素掺杂的作用机理.
The WO3-CeO2 based low-voltage varistor ceramics were prepared by doping with different content of SrCO3. Results show that when the SrCO3 content increased, the size of WO3 grain decreased and the breakdown voltage of WO3 varistor ceramics increased, while the nonlinear coefficient (α) of samples first increased and then decreased. The sample with an optimal composition of WO3-0.1 mol% CEO2-0.5mol% SrCO3 exhibits a low breakdown electrical field of 9.1 V/mm and a nonlinear coefficient (a) of 3.3. The dopant mechanism of SrCO3 was discussed.
