摘要
利用XRD,SEM和EDAX分析了BaTiO3/BaBiO3复相材料的相组成、显微组织和相分布。研究了稀土氧化物掺杂对BaTiO3/BaBiO3复相陶瓷电性能的影响规律。结果表明分别掺入CeO2和Y2O3稀土氧化物的BaTiO3/BaBiO3复相材料仍然都具有典型的NTC效应。当掺入稀土氧化物CeO2时,随着复相材料中掺杂量的增加,材料的室温电阻率和热敏感系数都增大。然而当掺入稀土氧化物Y2O3时,随着复相材料中掺杂量的增加,材料的室温电阻率和热敏感系数减小到一个最小值然后又开始增大。
XRD, SEM and EDAX were employed to investigate the phase composition, microstructure and compositional distribution of BaTiO3/BaBiO3 composite materials. The effect of rare earth oxide content on the electrical properties of BaTiO3/BaBiO3 composite materials was all investigated. The results show that all the prepared rare earth oxide doping BaTiO3/BaBiO3 composite materials still show typical NTC effect. As the amount of CeO2 added in the composite materials increased, the room temperature resistivity and B constant increase. However, with an increase in the amount of Y2O3 added in the composite materials, the room temperature resistivity and B constant decreased to a minimum and then increased again.
