摘要
采用固相法合成BaxSr1-xTiO3(x=0,0.98,0.95,0.90)单组分和多组分陶瓷,阻抗分析仪测量钛酸锶钡陶瓷25~130℃的介电温谱,对两者的介电特性进行了比较和研究。单组分样品在相变处介电常数出现峰值,而通过热扩散形成的梯度铁电陶瓷能拓宽相变区域,在较宽的温度范围内获得较高的介电常数.使用EPMA电子探针表征梯度材料中元素的分布情况。
Ferroelectric ceramics BaxSr1-xTiO3, single component functionally gradient ceramics BST were prepared by solid sintered. Impedance analysis machine measures dieclectric constant of BST in range of 25-130℃ Dielectric property in these two systems were compared and studied. Functionally gradient ceramics BST prepared by thermal diffusion possesses relatively large and stable dielectric constant within a large temperature range because of the wide phase transformation temperature range and EPMA electric gun scans material.
