摘要
BiFeO3是少数在室温下同时具有铁电性和磁性的材料之一,实验添加Y^3+制备Bi1-xYxFeO3(x=0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2)陶瓷,研究了样品的相结构、微现形貌及电学性能。实验结果表明:所制备的陶瓷样品为斜方六面体结构;随Y^3+添加量的增加,样品电容率增大,介电损耗先减小后增大;样品的剩余极化值Pr从0.132增大到0.160μC/cm^2。
Bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) is an important multiferroic material, in which both electrical and magnetic ordering can coexist simultaneously. Crystal structure, microstructure and electrical properties of Yttrium (Y)-modified bismuth ferrite Bi1-xYxFeO3(x=0.05,0.1,0.15 and 0.2) ceramics were studied and compared with those of bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3). The crystal structure of the samples was determined to be rhombohedral of R3c space group by X-ray diffxaction(XRD). As the Y content increased, the dielectric constant of the ceramic samples increased. However, the loss tangent firstly decreased with increasing Y content, and then began to increase at x = 0.15. The remnant polarization of the ceramic samples was improved fromr 0.132μC/cm^2 to 0.16μC/cm^2.
