摘要
比热行为对蓄冷式制冷机中使用的蓄冷材料是非常重要的,为了寻找在5K附近使用的新型磁性蓄冷材料,研究了伪二元化合物(Er0.65Ho0.35)(In0.9Sn0.1)3从2~40K温度范围内的比热行为。发现(Er0.65Ho0.35)(In0.9Sn0.1)3在5.96K出现较高比热峰,使之具有比较大的低温热容。
Specific heat is important to regenerator materials in regenerator refrigerater. In order to find new regenerator materials around 5K, the specific heat of pseudobinary compound (Er0.65Ho0.35)(In0.9Sn0.1)3 from 2 to 40K have been investigated. There is a specific heat peak at 5.96K, and it makes the pseudobinary compound have large heat capacity at low temperature.
